| Technical staff are available to offer off-site advice
and guidance over the phone to customers. These can be issues
of operation and how things work, what they do etc. Or it may
be fault finding and rectification for clients or crew on-site.
Whatever the situation we can usually provide solutions. If
not our service team can be called in and pre-briefed on the
problem. |

ANT offer a system monitoring service. We stay “in
touch” with your system via the internet. We are notified
when any changes or potential problems take place and can
respond accordingly. This ensures we can be proactive, often
able to solve problems before customers are even aware of
them. Part of the ANTlink service.
