Custom Finish is a brand new product from [ANT], one of the most progressive technology providers to the yachting industry. It is a brand new surface finish that will excite owners and yacht designers alike. It can be applied to any surface, whether two or three dimensional. Any decorative finish can be supplied although there are a range of 'standard' finishes, such as wood and carbon fibre, all using real veneers to achieve their visual effect.

Custom Finish enhances component parts, cabinets and items such as a keyboard, computer mouse or LCD/Plasma frame.

You can now match any finish to any product, either as an exact or complementary combination. For example a telephone handset, a touch panel or an equipment fascia can now match a yachts wood finish. The applications are endless and even include unsightly fittings such as air conditioning and light fittings. The design industry no longer needs to accept a manufacturers finish, it can now specify its own. Products can be 'hidden' or made to conform to a design concept.

This unique process applies a decorative finish to any item or part. Custom Finish is a real veneer, for example the walnut finish is burr walnut and actual carbon fibre is used for the carbon fibre option. It is not just an applied decoration or pattern,it is the real thing. Once the decorative veneer is on the item a polymer composite high gloss coat is applied, using specialist production techniques. This involves at least seven applications of the polymer which is then hand finished and polished.

This gives a high gloss finish that has real depth of colour and gives a quality appearance. The composite finish is also very resistant to damage or fading. This creates a unique look, there are no product applications to compare to Custom Finish. Parts come out with 100% coverage and full UV protection. There are no detectable edges and no restrictions on coverage.

To achieve the ultimate in design finishes customers simply send us pieces to custom coat in any volume. You choose the finish you require and we supply the item back to you for re-fitting. If the piece is from one of our own supplied products eg. a plasma screen frame, we simply decorate it to your requirements.
