Our service technicians work with our service engineers work with our installation teams and are able to access records and data on your [ANT] systems. This ensures they know what to expect before they get to you and are able to carry out diagnostic testing immediately to get to the heart of any problem. We can also maintain and fault find on other suppliers systems, providing the same level of post sales service that we bring to our own installation work.
As with all technology, routine maintenance is a preventory measure that pays dividends. We can put together a routine maintenance schedule and our service teams can be in port when you arrive to carry out these schedules, when and where you want.
Technical staff are available to offer off-site advice and guidance over the phone to customers. These can be issues of operation and how things work, what they do etc. Or it may be fault finding and rectification for clients or crew on-site. Whatever the situation we can usually provide solutions. If not our service team can be called in and pre-briefed on the problem.

ANT offer a system monitoring service. We stay in touch with your system via the internet. We are notified when any changes or potential problems take place and can respond accordingly. This ensures we can be proactive, often able to solve problems before customers are even aware of them.
Linked with our monitoring service we can diagnose a lot of issues remotely and in some cases repair things 'down-the-wire'. This avoids the need for a service team visit, reducing costs and improving up-time.
